Start the New Year with a new grain from our Natural Foods Department bulk bins.
Cooking tips:
» Before cooking, rinse grains thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
» For barley and wheat berries, soak for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight, to reduce cooking time.
» How will you know when it’s ready? Whole grains are slightly chewy when cooked.
