Mexican Fried Chicken Salad
10 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Girard?s Light Caesar Dressing
1 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Seasoning
3 cups crisped and chopped breaded chicken strips
1 cup Fresh Gourmet Santa Fe Style Tortilla
Strips
Toss together lettuce, dressing and seasoning in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss again lightly. Top with tortilla strips.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
